Description
With your £20 unlimited access you can join as many sessions as you like for a whole month. I’m doing my best to keep the price as low as possible at just £20 a month – per household, not per child. As well as the two live session each week you will receive five pre-recorded sessions to use each day. These short sessions give kids the chance to practice their yoga and mindfulness skills as often as they like.
Weekly Timetable
- Bedtime Yoga – Tuesday 6.15pm (45 mins)
- Story Time Yoga – Thursday 4pm (30 mins)
My aim is to bring the fun, laughter and relaxation we have in our classes right to your home. All you need is the willingness to have fun. A yoga mat is not necessary!
