Happy Kids Yoga Canterbury

meet Keely

Hi, I’m Keely, the Franchisee for Canterbury and the surrounding areas, including Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Birchington, Westgate-on-Sea, Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Sandwich, and Deal!

With over 10 years’ experience supporting children and young people across health, education, and youth sectors, I’m passionate about giving every child early access to the tools they need to grow up happy, healthy, and resilient.  I see yoga and mindfulness as a fun and effective way to support this.

After my wonderful twins arrived in May 2024, I was ready for a fulfilling challenge that could also fit around family life. Franchising with Happy Kids Yoga felt like the perfect opportunity.

I’m a qualified yoga teacher and currently studying for a master’s in Mindfulness and Compassion. My own yoga and mindfulness practice grounds me daily, helping me stay calm, present, and connected. I’m keen to share these benefits in an accessible and inclusive way – with children, parents, and teachers alike. Living with dyslexia and dyspraxia has made me especially committed to creating spaces where every individual feels seen, supported, and able to thrive.

At Happy Kids Yoga Canterbury, our goal is to make every class – whether in schools, nurseries, or community settings – a joyful and welcoming place where children can move, breathe, and be themselves.
