1. 1. About Us

   Happy Kids Yoga provides yoga and mindfulness classes for children in schools, nurseries, and clubs. Our sessions are led by trained instructors who follow our safeguarding and professional standards.

2. 2. Bookings & Payments

   All bookings must be made through our official booking platform or by invoice.
   Schools, nurseries, and organizations will receive an invoice with agreed payment terms.
   Payment must be made in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice.

3. 3. Cancellations & Refunds

   School/Nursery/Club Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   If we need to cancel a session, we will reschedule or offer a credit/refund where applicable.

4. 4. Health & Safety

   Schools and nurseries must ensure that children participating are fit and able to take part in yoga sessions.
   Any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs should be disclosed before the session.
   It is the responsibility of the school, nursery, or club to provide a safe and suitable space for yoga sessions.

5. 5. Liability

   Happy Kids Yoga and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes, except in cases of negligence.
   Schools, nurseries, and clubs are responsible for ensuring adequate supervision of children during sessions.

6. 6. Photography & Marketing

   We may take photographs or short videos during classes for marketing and promotional purposes.
   If you do not wish for a child to be included in photos, please inform us in writing before the session.
   No names or personal details of children will be shared in any marketing materials.

7. 7. Safeguarding & Child Protection

   All Happy Kids Yoga instructors hold enhanced DBS checks and follow our [Safeguarding Policy].
   Any safeguarding concerns will be reported in line with child protection guidelines.

8. 8. Intellectual Property

   All class materials, branding, and website content are the property of Happy Kids Yoga and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

9. 9. Privacy & Data Protection
